MEDIX Transportation offers three modes of non-emergency medical transportation, so every patient gets the right vehicle, equipment and trained crew for their trip. Whether it’s a routine checkup, dialysis, chemotherapy or a hospital discharge, we get you there safely and on time across Santa Clarita and the Los Angeles area.
MEDIX offers three modes of non-emergency medical transportation — wheelchair, stretcher/gurney and ambulatory transport — for medical appointments, dialysis, chemotherapy, hospital discharges and outpatient surgery. All service levels include door-through-door assistance upon request, across the Los Angeles area.
For patients who travel seated. Our vans feature a seven-point wheelchair restraint system, hydraulic lifts and raised roofs, accommodate scooters, and we have wheelchairs available on request.
For patients whose mobility limitations require them to be transported lying down. A safe, comfortable two-person crew service for added safety.
For patients with physical or mental challenges who are ambulatory but need assistance or supervision. Walkers and rollators welcome — also ideal for same-day and outpatient surgery.
All service levels are door-through-door upon request — we pick you up from inside your home and drop you off inside the building you’re going to, making sure you’re properly endorsed at your destination. Never just left at the curb.
Beyond the three core modes, we support a range of specialized medical trips.
